OASIS-C Best Practices: Ensuring Patient Needs Are Met (CE)

OASIS-C is a standardized tool used by home health providers and agencies to collect and report uniform information about patients receiving Medicare/Medicaid services. Data collected during OASIS-C assessment is used by federal agencies as well as home healthcare agencies for reimbursement and assessment of quality initiatives. Every nurse who works in a home healthcare setting needs to be aware of this tool and how it effects his/her work environment. This course will provide nurses with best practice strategies to accurately complete the OASIS-C assessment and ensure patient care needs are met.
